LG recalls some electric Ranges due to the front-mounted knobs that can be activated by accidental contact by humans or pets, posing a fire hazard. Contact LG for a free warning label and placement instructions.

Nov 07, 2024:

Wolf recalls dual-fuel Ranges with infrared griddles. The range can short-circuit if liquids boil over or are spilled and turns on the griddle unexpectedly, posing a burn and fire hazard. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ranges and contact Wolf Appliance to schedule a free in-home repair.

Aug 08, 2024:

Samsung recalls slide-in electric Ranges due to the front-mounted knobs that can be activated by accidental contact by humans or pets, posing a fire hazard. Consumers should contact Samsung to receive a free set of knob locks or covers compatible with their model of electric slide-in range to install.

Aug 08, 2024:

SMEG USA recalls some special order Refrigerators due to the refrigerator door can detach and fall off, posing an injury hazard. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled refrigerators and contact SMEG USA to schedule a free repair by a certified service provider.

Electrolux Group Re-Announces their recall of Frigidaire and some Kenmore smooth-top electric Ranges, due to fire & burn hazards. Contact Electrolux Group for remedy options available to consumers that now include a repair, or a partial refund via gift card + haul-away fees reimbursement if unrepairable.

February 15, 2024:

Electrolux Group recalls Frigidaire rear-controlled Ranges, due to electrical shock and electrocution hazards from the panel's user interface that can detach from unit. Unplug the unit until repaired, and contact Electrolux Group for a free repair/install of a replacement control panel.

February 08, 2024:

Electrolux Group recalls Frigidaire side-by-side Refrigerators with Slim ice buckets, due to choking and laceration hazards from ice bucket components that can break off and enter the ice bin.

November 30, 2023:

GE Appliances, a Haier Company is recalling some electric Cooktops due to burners that can remain on after use, even after being turned to the 'off' position, posing a burn hazard to consumers. Until repaired, when not in use, turn the unit off at the circuit breaker. Contact GE Appliances to arrange a free install of a replacement burner knob assembly.

November 21, 2023:

ZLINE is expanding its recall of RG gas Ranges to included 30" 36" and 48" sizes, due to the risk of injury or death from dangerous levels of carbon monoxide emitted while in use. All consumers who have an affected range should immediately stop using the oven compartment, even if they have already had their range repaired as part of the prior recall. Contact ZLINE for remedy options available to consumers that now include a replacement range, or a refund.

September 7, 2023:

ADC Brand by Whirlpool stacked Commercial Clothes Dryers are being recalled as they can overheat and ignite the clothes load, causing a fire hazard. Owners or laundry operators should immediately stop using the recalled models and contact Whirlpool for a free repair.

August 31, 2023:

Electrolux Group is recalling their Frigidaire 30" and 36" gas Cooktops due to plastic control knobs with a black shaft on the cooktop that can crack or break during use, posing a risk of a gas leak/fire hazard. Contact the manufacturer for a free set of replacement knobs.

July 13, 2023:

Electrolux Group's Frigidaire gas Laundry Centers are being recalled due to the dryer drum's felt seal that can be folded inward, which can lead to lint accumulation, creating a fire hazard. Check your model # and contact Electrolux Group for a free inspection, repair, and lint removal service.

January 26, 2023:

ZLINE RG gas Ranges are being recalled due to the risk of injury or death from dangerous levels of carbon monoxide emitted while in use. Consumers should immediately stop using the oven compartment of the recalled ranges until the oven compartment is repaired, and may continue to use the range tops which are unaffected by the oven issue.
